Anonymous asked: How can I lose weight without doing exercises? I have asthma, and I can't do any exercise for the next 2 years. (That's when I'll finish my rigorous treatment and then I'll start to do exercises, but I have to lose weight now)
Simply reduce your caloric intake. Now, you can’t reduce it too much, so you’re going to lose weight slower than if you would be able to exercise. Cut out processed or “unnatural” food- stick to whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and lots of water! Try tracking your intake with loseit or myfitnesspal. Also, I know you said that you can’t do any exercise, but what about like, walking? Just at an average pace; unless you’ve been restricted to bed rest for the next 2 years, I think walking an extra 20 minutes a day can’t really do much harm! But I’m not a doctor so don’t quote me on that :p Good luck!
